It's basically a 3-4 with some slight differences so maybe that at least limits it to a 3-4 guy.

To me, the d looks like a 4-3 with a 3 man cover zone backing it up... Lol, I know everyone loves throwing out terms like otto and leo, but I'm sorry, I just are vanilla 4 man rush and a three deep zone behind it.


I just think that top coordinators will not want to come here just to run Gus' defence...


Hopefully Caldwell talks dine sense into Bradley and tells him he should either run the d himself, or hire a couple coordinators like he did for the offense, and let them call the shots.


This would leave Gus the ability to do what he apparently does best, which I'd motivate and keep people positive.
