Quote:I'm pretty sure almost everyone would agree with that.  What I don't agree with is Trump's idea of banning Muslims from entering the country.   In my opinion, and in the opinion of most people, that would be a very bad idea, because it would play into the hands of ISIS by telling 1.6 billion people from all over the world that they are not welcome here.   ISIS has been trying to spread the idea that the United States is killing Muslims in the Middle East because we hate Muslims.  If we ban Muslims, we play right into that.  We cannot win the war on terror or defeat ISIS without allies in the Muslim world, and they will be very hard to recruit to our side if we have a ban on Muslims entering the US.   If we ban Muslims from entering the country, then in the eyes of the world we're just a bunch of hypocrites who like to claim we have religious freedom, but in actuality, practice religious discrimination.  That's why this whole idea is incredibly short sighted and stupid.
