Objectively Bortles is a top ten QB depending on what stats you value. That's objectively. Subjectively the league hasn't bought into him yet and I don't actually believe he is a shoo-in to be ranked in the top 100 players, he just should be. He's a top ten player in the league at the most important position in all of sports. I was just mentioning who should make it, but being they're all Jaguars it's likely that only the guy with overwhelmingly strong production, AR15, actually makes it.
