Again, why does any player deserve a chance to get a ring?  Aren't they getting one just by being in the NFL?  This notion that it's noble to let a player who can contribute go because the team is bad and he deserves a ring has always seemed like such a silly notion.  I couldn't care less if a guy like Peterson ever gets a ring.  I'd like to see MJD get one...here.
