The thing is they have won more with the backups than Luck. That's a sign of solid coaching, Luck was playing worse than any other qb in the league when he got injured (Mallet maybe the exception). Werner, Richardson and Dorset is just awful drafting/trading 1st rounders.
Also sounds like Grigson was involving himself in coaching matters, such as making him play Richardson. Not a good situation for the coach. I don't think they will attract a well known coach unless Grigson is gone. |
