So if better players are on the team and the record improves you'd still want to get rid of him? Let's say we're the record you indicated but we needed a team to lose to get in, I don't see that as a reason to get rid of him. However if he's the reason we don't get in, like making a bad challenge, timeout management which he is famous for then I'd say be gone
