no, it obviously doesn't look like a 3-year plan.  My point is that we shouldn't GIVE them 5 years. 

 

At the rate they're going, even a 10-year plan won't improve this team enough to be in the playoffs consistently.  

 

My point is that their original plan jus flat-out isn't working.  Watch - we'll be talking about the same crap next year when we go 5-11 again.
