This is the first I've heard of, or seen of him but first impressions are that he has a long ways to go from just a technical standpoint to get onto an NFL field.

 

I feel like his stance is very poor where his backside is higher than his shoulders. To me, that means that he doesn't like to bend at his knees either due to a lack of strength or a lack of flexibility. This may or may not affect his snap response (Lord, how I hate the term "get off") but that seems very slow to me as well.

 

He also seems to have a hesitation in his first step that may be due to him loading up on his plant foot. In other words, his first response when seeing the snap is not "push" but "load".

 

He seems to get a decent push when head up, especially on Ark PB's Center, but he's not going to be able to survive on a Swim move at the next level.

 

He's interesting, but I just don't think he's going to have what it takes to perform at that level in the video in the League.
