There is a time and place for everything. But I agree... now is the time. Here is the place. Spend to the cap (while being mindful of future contracts for core players).
 

So, NOW is the time because Bradley's head is on the line this year? Why wasn't last year the time?

 

Like I said. They aren't serious about winning. Just improving.
