Treadwell or Fournette?

So, Im in a Devy league and I currently have Laquon Treadwell who has just declared, I've been offered Fournette for him, so will miss out on a year but Fournette is a once in a decade player.
Truthfully Im rebuilding my team in the toughest division in the league so will not make the playoffs, so dont mind losing a year.
