Here's the simplest I can break it down.

I enjoy football.

I prefer winning to losing.

I don't flip out over who is or isn't starting, who is or isn't coach, and who is or isn't making choices.

I don't lose my cool because Dave doesn't draft my guy, and I don't freak out when he doesn't over pay for some dude just because the message board warriors think it should be.

 

I have ZERO control over anything Jaguars, except how much I choose to enjoy it. Offseason, in season... doesn't matter.

 

Flipping over pages and pages of ranting about some sorry [BAD WORD REMOVED] coach isn't going to get him gone any quicker.

If Gus is so horrible, he'll be gone eventually.

 

 

Someone will be quick to say "well what's the message board for then... we should just pump sunshine" tired old lines....

No one is asking you to pump sunshine, or even accept mediocrity.

But to start numerous threads...... over and over and over, well that is just plain mental.

 

If you are under the age of.... 20ish.... I suppose your immaturities and outlandish posts make a lot of sense.

But any grown [BAD WORD REMOVED] man (or woman) should be able to separate his/her emotions from a sport.....

you are not a PART of the Jaguars... it is not your team... you are a fan, period.

You don't even work for them.... Gus (or anyone else) has nothing to do with you, or you with them.
