But anyway, I'm always of the persuasion that a Defensive Lineman, assuming a similar talent level, is more impactful than a Linebacker or Defensive Back. Problem is, how do you compare the talent between those three positions? Frankly, I don't know but it seems like this is the kind of thing that Scouting Departments hang their hat on.

 

I like Bosa, and I'd be okay with him as the selection, but Williams fell because of an unreported shoulder injury. I know of no such instance with Bosa, but then again I didn't hear anything about Williams until after the '15 Draft so take that for what it's worth.
