It will be an interesting game to watch.  One team, the Redskins, I don't imagine many outside the organization thought would be where they are.

 

The other team, the Packers, are struggling more than just about anyone thought they would be.

 

I like Aaron Rodgers and would not mind a Packer victory but part of me enjoys seeing teams you wouldn't expect, new blood so to speak, advance.

 

 

 Even within the Redskins organization,   I'm confident that there was major skepticism that the team could win the NFC East this season.    Jay Gruden went from the hot seat to a serious NFL Coach of the Year candidate.   Kirk Cousins went from being a backup QB to a likely lucrative contract as the Redskins QB of the Future.   

 

 The torn ACL injury to Jordy Nelson has hurt the Packers more than I could have imagined.   Opposing Defenses are now able to play tight coverage against the Packers,  believing that their CBs won't get beat deep often.   It also enables opposing Defenses to use an extra resource or two against the Packers running game.   The Packers injury situation at LT certainly has hurt them as well.     The current strength of the Packers is clearly their Defense,  even with Aaron Rodgers on the other side of the ball.
