I just don't agree with calling failure important, although I'm not sure that's really what you meant to say.

 

What is important is that when you do experience failure, and it's pretty inevitable that you will, that you are able to recognize it, figure out where and why you are failing, and make the necessary adjustment/changes to correct the failure.

 

Now it might take several tries and several different approaches before you are able to see any progress going forward from the failure, but you have to try to find something that changes the said failure into some type of success.

 

When you experience failure, something has to change and the people or HCs who are able to do that will be the successful ones and the ones who can't, won't be.

 

One of the biggest things that needs to change around here is the losing culture and if there is going to be any chance of making the Jags successful again and I mean really successful.

 

That all starts with the HC.
