So, in conclusion, I'm OK either way this went. My ONE main issue with Pagano, which I've mentioned 1000 times is the random blow outs every year. He needs to be more consistent. Also, I feel like the firing of our DC is 100% a scapegoat, especially because Manusky was running Pagano's defense.

To be clear, at the time you responded to me, the Colts had not yet played 5 QBs in a season.  It was Luck, 40 year old SuperDave Os...errr...Hasselbeck, then in spot duty in the blowout Clipboard Jesus.  Suppose Hasselbeck returned and finished out the regular season, Morris and Freeman never saw the field, and the Colts finished with the exact same record.  Would you have been in favor of firing Pagano and Grigson then?  Does the 4th and 5th QB thing lose any persuasiveness when you consider that the last game of the season was against a Titans team that was in contention for the first overall pick itself playing with at least a 3rd QB and an interim coach by the end of the game?

 

If your ONE main issue with Pagano was the random blowouts, how does the QB thing negate that? 

 

For that matter, what about Grigson?  If you were ready to fire him three weeks ago, what about the 5 QB thing changed your mind about him?  You say the roster held up, but it was the same roster mid December when you wanted him gone.
