Why weren't Caldwell and other scouts concerned with Fowler's explosion?

I watched every Florida game last year. I saw Fowler, and he's exactly what I said. Yes he was in the backfield a lot, but he didn't get there beating the OT consistently with bullrushes or turning the corner. He had a couple games where he did it, like Georgia, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and East Carolina, but against Bama, LSU, FSU, he wasn't able to do it.
