Why weren't Caldwell and other scouts concerned with Fowler's explosion?

He had a couple games where he did it, like Georgia, Vanderbilt, Kentucky, and East Carolina, but against Bama, LSU, FSU, he wasn't able to do it. I agree, he looks to me like a high motor Andre Branch. That's what comes of "need" drafting, you often end up failing to fill your need while also passing up players that could have turned out to be great players for years. |
