For instance, if the defense and run games improve, but Bortles gets injured for a lot of the year (God forbid) I wouldn't expect to see more than about 6 wins but I'd still want to keep the coach. So you are saying "it's not really about wins" in Gus' 4th year? Well then what year will it be about wins? 5th year, 6th year 7th year, 8th year................................? I don't really understand this type of thinking. You play to win the game.
