I would presume this would be in the event that, for whatever reason, the Jaguars do not sign Alex Mack.

 

If it came down to playing a rookie somewhere in the starting lineup, based upon the depth at the various positions and Cann, which would you rather see and why:

 

I.  Cann at LG and a rookie at C; or

 

II  Cann at C and a rookie at LG.

 

I know its a cop out, but it depends. I've yet to look at the center prospects in this draft so I know very little about them. My assumption is that we'll sign a veteran C or someone from within takes the job. However, let's go off some of my favorite prospects in previous drafts.

 

If there's an Alex Mack in this draft, I'd have no problem going with him at C and Cann at LG.

 

If there's Brandon Scherff in this draft, then I slide Cann to C.
