NFL 2k5 and All-Pro Football 2k8 were miles ahead of madden in every aspect. They knew 2k would kill their NFL series just like they did with Live, so that's why they pushed so hard for an exclusive license. Every game has flaws, but at least 2k makes it less obvious and easier on the eyes.
