Customer service is the exact reason that I dumped Comcast for television, and went with DirecTV.  Half of the time I get some bonehead that I can tell is just reading a script, and I almost always know more than the idiot on the other end of the line.

 

That said, I absolutely have to have their internet service for work.  I can't avoid it.  Fortunately, it has been reliable (for the most part).
