The guy had a serious mental problem. How he ever passed entrance exams to get into Nebraska is beyond me but I suppose there are clauses in their entrance requirements that specify something to the effect of "has demonstrated abilities to contribute to the welfare of the University" or some such wording. He could flat out run the rock though.
The guy is in a cell with another human who turns up dead from strangulation and he thinks he can get off? SMH. The world is better off knowing he won't be able to harm another. Regards..................the Chiefjag |
