However I think this team had every chance to win an extremely weak division just like the Redskins did. Cousins played the best ball in the division and they won. Bortles plays the best ball in the AFC south and we come in 3rd....

he said he has seen improvement and expects significant improvement next year...caldwell said he believes they are just about right where they expected them to be for the most part...no one is calling this year as a success but it's not a failure either...They did piss away a chance at the divisional title, and lose a couple games they should have won, but all teams do that...Even the Pats lose games they should have won...I'm not debating that there were a few miscues and we coulda/shoulda/woulda won another couple of games, but we are quite obviously much better than we were in 2013 when all this started...I believe that is what Khan is looking at as in are we better than we were? The answer is yes and THAT's why Gus is still here
