Agreed as well. You could definitely see it trying to come together during the last quarter of the season. It just seemed like Lee was one step ahead, or Bortles was 1 second late on the throw. It's too hard to get that timing down mid season.

 

Lee is the type of WR, where Bortles needs to throw it a little early, so Lee can run through the catch and keep on going. They simply didn't have that kind of timing on deep routes.

 

AR15 is the type of receiver who will go up and grab that ball, even if the throw is a little late, or behind him. It really doesn't matter for him, he excels in that area. Lee tried multiple times to go up and grab those kind of jump balls, but that's just not his ideal style of game.
