If that is indeed the case, and I know there are several posters who believe that, the 2016 Jaguars will be playing under a whole lot of pressure to do something they haven't done since 2007.

 

A young team playing under that kind of pressure, it could get ugly.

 

The same thing goes for a HC in his 4th year who only averages 4 wins a year.

 

You are asking him to at least double his average win total to 8, maybe even 9.

 

A young HC coaching under that kind of pressure, it could get ugly, especially since there doesn't seem to have been any kind of pressure on him so far, at least from what I have seen.
