I mean there has to be some sort of accountability if they are not performing up to their capabilities, so it might as well start with the ice cream and sprinkles and then just go on from there.

I'd hope so, if it's been all ice cream parties while the team continued to fail hard then there's something wrong, but it wouldn't surprise me. Gus has seemed way too comfortable with failure for it to just be coincidence, I doubt he's faced any pressure to legitimately improve up until now.
