I'm in agreement with you here. In fact, the more that I look over the 4 - 2 - 5, the more I think we have the personnel that would easily swap into it, but with a few personnel additions at critical spots but that is necessary for this roster regardless of the Defensive scheme in my opinion.

 

I think the 4 - 2 - 5 will allow you to leave Poz in the Middle and bring Skuta alongside him. Now you have two interior blitzers that can take on Guards and also tackling machines that are protected by a Front Four. Move Telvin to one of your LB/S/CB spots and let him blitz from outside the box and / or run down Tight Ends. Put Cyprien as the other Hybrid and then draft you a Single High Safety.

 

When you need more coverage, you can either swap out a Defensive Lineman or even one of the LBs. I mean, it makes sense on paper but lots of things crash and burn once they get on grass.
