Add Bortles, AR-15, and Telvin to the '07 squad. Do we make the Superbowl?

Add Bortles, and Allen Robinson to the 99 squad, and do we go undefeated? (I mean in a time machine, of course. Take Bortles and AR15 as they are now, put them in the TARDIS and go back to 1999, and we have Bortles with a receiving group that includes Jimmy Smith, Allen Robinson, and Keenan McCardell, and Fred Taylor as our running back.)
