My issue from watching the clip above is that he seemed to go to a swim move in most cases in order to beast his man. So if you are trying to keep your shoulders down, why make yourself work that much harder by getting your shoulders from the lowest possible point (the stance) to the highest possible point (at the peak of the 'swim')?
