I take a player's high school time's with a grain of salt.  The average college football player is nearly a tenth of a second slower when he leaves for the NFL.  (Of course this affects bigger players more due to how strength and conditioning programs cause them to gain weight.  .30-.60 difference for offensive and defensive linemen.)
