No one is "counting on" anything.  I was making a point about talent on the field vs. coaching.

 If the talent isn't there, it isn't there. Whatever the cause  may be - be it injury, bad drafting or free agent vacationers treading water.   

 

And missing you're two best prospects for pressuring a quarterback for a combined 28 games is NOT par for the course. That's Tiger Woods hitting epic duck hooks off the tee all day and missing the cut.
