Listening to Wash, it's clear he is going to be moving this defense in a more aggressive direction.

 

He agreed that extensions are irrelevant if they don't do what is necessary to improve this team in 2016, they'll all be gone.

 

He's saying they're going to play more disciplined, assignment sound football where players and coaches are held accountable.  "I don't float in the gray" when someone does something wrong.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
