That's a good question. Fundamentally if you feel you guy has opened the gate or jump an inside move or is playing with his feet to close together and can't recover its ok to swing your hips and spring around him. Recognizing when to do that is the trick, but playing low and springing around a man is fundamentally sound. Its a gamble though because the o lineman can knock you on your can if he catches popping up.
