No, I'm pointing out the possibilities and stating the one I think is more likely. I'll elaborate, the thing every defensive coordinator desires the most is a pass rusher that always delivers pressure, play in an play out, without needing to scheme it up. Defensive coordinators want guys they can count on to win against the other team's best blocker. Its likely that if he thought Fowler were capable of that level of impact he'd want to use him in that manner.

 

Take it for what you will. Just try not to get all emotional about it, my appraisal isn't.
