tough to say. I think by now, going into their 4th years respectively, I dont see a lot of room for improvement. I think both have been disappointments especially where they were drafted. If you were to ask me, I think Joeckel is what he is, an average LT, if we can shore up the run blocking, get Linder back and add a good Center, maybe some of his flaws can be hidden, no QB will ever not be sacked, I think we can be a playoff team with Joeckel. As for Cyrprien, he's a decent SS who has not really dont much. Maybe with a good FS paring, he will look a bit better, but I see a guy who cant cover, cant read assignments, whiffs on tackles but then out of the blue has some stellar game. Even though he whiffs, he does get a lot of tackles. 

 

Are they fixable? Sure, do I expect both to be pro bowlers? No. Im more worried about getting better talent to surround the team with then individuals like Cyrprien and Joeckle.
