I would easily take the Browns coaching staff over the Jags.

 

I don't mean like anyone in particular, I just mean the general desirability of the job now that the team has a QB on the roster capable of throwing 35 TDs in a season.

 

Three years ago the job wasn't desirable at all, guys were turning the team down for interviews left and right, that's probably why the team ended up with a clown for a head coach. At this point there wasn't any reason to hold on to him instead of upgrading the position. My only guess is Caldwell has already been guaranteed he'll stick around thanks to finding Bortles, and wants another top 5 pick before he gets a real coach in the building.
