My translation:  I don't care who you are, or what you want.  If you offer me money, I will take it. 

I can't blame her too much for that one. Plenty of career politicians go from Washington to the traveling circuit, and those who held senior positions in government get paid a ton of money to essentially deliver the same canned speech for a year straight, with only minor ad-libs here and there, maybe a Q&A section. I saw Colin Powell give speeches twice in one year, and it was basically the same speech, complete with the same joke about how going through airport security and crawling on board a regional jet is a little different than having his own personal 757 was.
