Wash: Fowler will not be in the same spot every down

I think the ideal scenario would be if Dave could bring in another pure edge rusher and have that guy be the time LEO. Then Fowler would be relegated to Branch's role over the past few years. On obvious passing plays, put Fowler at the other DE spot across from the LEO and have him move inside or stunt while in the lightning package.
I can picture on third downs having Odrik, Marks, and our FA LEO with their hand in the dirt and Fowler in a 2 point stance over the A gap. Definitely excited to see how they use Dante. |
