As long as they address pass rush, free safety and find one more interior O-Lineman (guard or center) before doing that, it wouldn't hurt. 

 

However - It was Skuta's first year in a new system and he played through a hernia injury half of the year.  I expect he'd be better in year two if healthy. 

 

There are quite a few LBs in the draft that have the measurables for the OTTO role that look like they'll be around in mid rounds. 

Joe Schobert (Wisconsin) in the fifth round is a possibility.
