A liiiiiittle bit more information has come to light on this story.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/paul-aker-...47386.html Turns out, the man refused to answer a court summons. Then, when they came to get him, he locked himself in his house and told the marshals to go away since he had a gun.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
