Something not mentioned, non of those quarterbacks you mention started their second year in a team that was utterly dismantled and buildt from the mantle up. the projections for this offense as a whole is on a much higher path than any of those qb's. anything is possible 28 or 43 touchdowns who knows... but keep in mind this ENTIRE offense in the skill positions are extremely young as well as the rest of the offense what we saw last year was what a second year team can do without a defense... when the defense starts getting three and outs and the offense improves the possibilities for bortles and this offense may be unprecedented.
