Romo has broken the same left clavicle 3 times, and just came out and indicated he is deciding now, and likely will have, a "Mumford procedure". This procedure removes or shaves off some of the clavicle. If he does the procedure, he will likely miss most of the offseason. Combine this with his prior back injury(ies), and his age (36 in April), I think Dallas will look very hard at a QB with their first pick. With the Cowboy's Jerry Jones ego, I am sure they believe they won't be this high up in the draft again for some time.
