TG has obviously been a disappointment. I don't blame Caldwell for signing him though, on paper he looked like a good signing. He hadn't played much but he was quick for his size (the people that insist he's slow always do so based on his complexion more than anything rational). He's also a big guy who before getting to Jacksonville had rarely been injured. So you take a chance on a guy like that. He hasn't panned out, mostly due to having injury issues, so you can cut your losses and move on or you can give the guy one more try. He's not a fullback so don't even go there. Personally, if they cut him and decide to move on at this point, I wouldn't be disappointed.
