This discussion prompted me to research, one thing I found interesting is the ADA has been successfully invoked to prohibit the firing of employees for drinking, because they were alcoholics. Alcoholism is classified as a disease by the ADA, giving alcoholics certain protections.


I wonder if that will ever become part of the Johnny Highball saga?
