If we're going off pure stats alone, Manning definitely should have won it.


It's a shame Randy Moss didn't get more love.

Moss got drilled by the media for the "level of competition" he played in college (rightfully so),, and he had character concerns which led to him having to play at Marshall. I have no doubt,, if Moss had played at FSU or Norte Dame, he would've won the Heisman that year. He was that incredible.


Woodson won the Heisman. But, I remember their rookie years in the NFL they had to face each other. I dont remeber any stats, but I do remember Moss getting the best of Woodson facing him 1 vs 1.


Moss was THE freak athlete of that collegiate season.
