The Jaguars set caps on what they're willing to spend on any player they're pursuing.  If they don't see a chance in landing a player within those parameters, why bother wasting anyone's time?  As you pointed out, the team wasn't linked to either of the 2 players you referenced above, and they weren't going to overspend for Irvin.  So, they're managing their cap while being willing to spend what is necessary to add talent to this roster that fits their mold.  What a shocker.

 

First sentence, was completely null and void of any merit whatsoever, mostly what you normally post. 

 

Second sentence doesn't fit much logic either, since you literally just said if Jacksonville and Giants offered the same contract to someone they'd come here because of "taxes"... ok man. Do you remember your previous posts when you respond or no?
