What China does is irrelevant. If we simply focused on lowering the highest corporate tax rate in the world, rolled back the over regulation and dismantled the unions there wouldn't be a job shortage issue.


Manufacturing going somewhere else with low overhead is natural, the American welfare recipients have a higher living standard than most of the world so it's cheaper to pay poor countries to maas produce products. Advocating taxing the consumer as punishment is ludicrious.
