It takes both.  I think talented players outweigh a top-of-the-league staff, but that's just me.  

 

I think the Gus Bradley's and Greg Olson's  of the world are gonna get more out of Blake Bortles and Allen Robinson than Belichick is gonna' get out of Blaine Gabbert and Jarrett Dillard. 

 

Give me the talented players. The good one's can outlast a bad coaching staff.
