I found this article interesting..Its almost like Caldwell had to do something to show the fans hes trying to get a pass rusher, but then sabotages it. It also suggest to me that Caldwell will draft a Pass Rusher in the first rnd.. Check it out..

 

Call me crazy, but I don't have any anxiety about failing to sign an edge rusher in free agency.   There's more than one way to skin a cat.   Defense is played by 11 guys.   Better coverage on the back end will make the QB hold the ball longer.  

 

Also, Fowler, Marks, Jackson.   All guys who can create pressure, and all guys we didn't have last year. 

 

BCC seems to be wetting themselves about this failure to sign an edge rusher.   It would have been nice, but we will still be a lot better on defense this year, regardless.
