It was the tacks offer to the Eagles, not the other way around.

 

How many Qbs can you name that would have been worth that high of a ransom, who were taken at the very top of the draft?

 

Not many. Peyton Manning, maybe and Tom Brady, but only if you knew what he would turn out to be, which, of course, you didn't.

 

Any other QB? Possibly A Rogers, but he wasn't taken at the top of the draft either, Alex Smith was.

 

Anyone else?
But JackCity said if the rumor was true the Titans made the right choice by not trading Mariota for all of those picks and Fletcher Cox lol
